2 Data acquisition, object and purpose of the processing

Through the contact forms or other references and applications present on the site, and only with the prior and explicit consent of the interested party, the following will be collected: name, telephone number and e-mail address of the user, for the sole purpose of provide the information and services requested (e.g. availability, prices, reservations, etc.)

Unless explicitly permitted by the user, commercial and advertising communications of any kind will never be sent.

Data acquired for any accommodation reservations

For accommodation bookings, the interested user is required to provide other sensitive personal data that will be used for the definition of the contractual agreement and its subsequent implementation, for administrative, accounting and tax obligations and for obligations under the “Consolidated law on public safety” (article 109 RD 18.6.1931 n. 773) which require us to communicate the details of the clients staying to the Police Headquarters.

The data acquired for booking purposes will be kept for the time required by the respective regulations (eg over 10 years for tax documentation).

3 Processing methods

The data collected through the contact forms and applications on this site will be processed with IT tools and stored in an unstructured manner for a maximum period of 1 year from the termination of the existing relationships.

They will also be stored with adequate security measures to prevent loss, illicit use and unauthorized access.

4 Rights of interested parties

The interested parties to whom the acquired data refer have the right to ask the data controller to access personal data and to correct or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability.

The interested parties to whom the acquired data refer have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Interested parties may exercise their rights with an express request by sending an email or a registered letter to the data controller
